I had a fun time with my girlfriend and the food was great. Are server Eren was really respectful and always made sure we were doing good making sure are experience was great.

Decent food, very nice kid friendly ambiance. Loved the trains serving the food. Pizza was nothing out of this world.

What a interesting concept! The food was decent, not mind-blowing or so horrible, so I suppose points on that. Service was spectacular-human and train. This place was so fun to try out and the menu also had a huge variety of foods, drinks and other treats! Great job on atmosphere too. All the lego displays were so fun to look at, and the train was beautifully done. I wish I could've taken a photo, but that's too bad. Wonderful and creative place anyways.

This place has thought of everything! Arrived on a busy week night for dinner and was told it was a 40 minute wait for a train-side booth (or could be seated right away at a non-train table). We wanted to wait and decided to look around. Well, there are awesome LEGO designs to check out, there's a couple areas that you can pay to see a train move above your heads (I think it was 50 cents), they have an interactive map you can engage in while you wait, AND it's connected to 2 arcades to check out so 40 minutes flew by. We checked the menu ahead of time and knew what we wanted to order to make sure it all came by train. Our server was delightful and great about refilling our waters. I also loved that the train came by twice with bubbles just for the heck of it, which would be special for the families that didn't order much of anything by train so they could still experience it! And it didn't linger so it's not like soapy bubbles covered our food. Cheese curds for an appetizer are a must! Chunky marinara was delightful. We used the remainder for dipping our entrees. Yum! I'm grateful the kids meals had broccoli as an option, as one person in our group isn't a fan of fries. The prices are very reasonable and I would come back here if I visited the Dells again!

Try the pizza! We love going here every year! We've only been during off season but service has always been great and you can't beat train delivered food! The pizza is huge! We definitely took home leftovers. Love the new updates and Lego city!

First and foremost: you don't choose this restaurant for the food. The experience is what this place has going for it. Your food and drinks get brought to your table by a little train, if you have kids they will love it. If you get lucky (we did not) you will get to sit by one of their huge Lego displays. Our stop was on a Thursday evening and we had a 25 minute wait to get a table. The place is connected to knuckleheads arcade so we hung out there while we waited which worked out quite well. The food was fine, not great but not bad, but that is what we were expecting.

We arrived at Buffalo Phil's at 6:00pm on a Wednesday, and as a party of 2 we had to wait about 30 minutes. We got seated in a booth in the bar area and our water and cheese curds were train delivered to us! I got the Frozen Margarita (blue raspberry flavor), it was delicious, it tasted like an icee, but for $12.50, I was expecting it to be bigger. We got the cheese curds with marinara and ranch and they were so good, great cheese to breading ratio, and the sauces had great flavor. We got the Supreme pizza, large size, and it was amazing, I love that the sausage is diced and that it's not big chunks. We had great service too.

Such a fun family restaurant! We came as a party of three for an early dinner on a Saturday night during the Dells off-season (March) and still had a 10-15 minute wait. The wait flew by though since we spent the time wandering around the restaurant and the arcade connected to the restaurant in back. The highlight of the restaurant is that the food and drinks are delivered via train. I tried the texas chicken salad which was huge but great. Rarely do I order a salad at a restaurant but this one hit the spot. Note: bigger items like salads and pizzas and alcoholic drinks are still delivered by the waiter.
